Has been observed by Airbus, that the TID/Low Dose rate radiation behavior of ESCC qualified 2N3810 bipolar transistors (ref. ESCC5207/005; STMicroelectronics) between Date Codes of the same diffusion lot and even within same Date Code is not stable or unpredictable and are far below 100krad compared to tests before 2010.
