Issue 203 of ESCC QUALIFIED PART LIST (QPL)

The changes in issue 203 of ESCC QUALIFIED PART LIST (QPL) are included in the DCR 1309 and detailed herein below:

New:

• Certificate 363 from Infineon Technologies (Germany). This certificate lists RH power MOSFET based on type BUY06CS, included in the detail specification ESCC 5205/032.

Revision with re-scope (only the scope of the certificate is changed):

• Certificate 109Prev1 from AVX TPC (France). This certificate lists ceramic chip capacitors type I included in the detail specifications ESCC 3009/003, ESCC 3009/004, ESCC 3009/006 and ESCC 3009/022. The scope of the certificate has changed, it has been extended the capacitance range for 50V capacitors with size 0805, to 2200pF and with size 1206, to 4700pF.
• Certificate 110Prev1 from AVX TPC (France). This certificate lists ceramic chip capacitors type II included in the detail specifications ESCC 3009/008, ESCC 3009/009, ESCC 3009/010 and ESCC 3009/023. The scope of the certificate has changed, variant 10 has been added to X7R types and capacitors with size 0805 and 25V have increased de capacitance range from 100000pF to 150000pF.

Extension (the validity date of the certificate is extended and the scope is not changed, which means no new components are included):

• Certificate 227H from Infineon Technologies (Germany). This certificate lists microwave PIN diode based on type BXY42, BXY43 and BXY44, included in the detail specifications ESCC 5512/020, ESCC 5513/017 and ESCC 5513/030.

• Certificates 230J, 245J, 322D from Infineon Technologies (Germany). These certificates list microwave bipolar transistor based on types BFY193, BFY450, BFY640, 640B, 650B and 740B, included in the detail specifications ESCC 5611/006, ESCC 5611/008, ESCC 5611/009, ESCC 5611/010, ESCC 5611/011.

• Certificates 319D, 339B from Infineon Technologies (Germany). These certificates list power MOSFET based on types BUY**CS**, included in the detail specifications ESCC 5205/026, ESCC5205/027, ESCC 5205/028, ESCC 5205/030 and ESCC 5205/031.

• Certificate 297E from STmicroelectronics (France). This certificate lists power rectifier diode based on types 1N5806U and 1N5811U, included in the detail specifications ESCC 5101/013 and ESCC 5101/014.

• Certificate 267J and 335B from AXON Cable (France). These certificates list wire and cables based on types 3901012**B and SPACEWIRE, included in the detail specifications ESCC 3901/012 and ESCC 3902/004.

Revision:

• Certificate 72Srev1 from C&K Components. This certificate lists D-Sub connectors, contacts and savers based on type D*MA, included in the detail specifications ESCC 3401/002, ESCC 3401/005, ESCC 3401/020 and ESCC 3401/021. It has been included D*MA contacts with Nickel under layer.

• Certificate 98Jrev1 from REL-STPI (France). This certificate lists latching relay based on type EL4115, included in the detail specification ESCC 3602/004. It has been included a performance of coil life testing.

• Certificate 306Drev1 from Exxelia Technologies (France). This certificate lists ceramic capacitors based on type CNC53 to CNC56, included in the detail specification ESCC 3001/038. It has been included a validation of a second manufacturing line.
