Issue 197 of ESCC QUALIFIED PART LIST (QPL)

The changes in issue 197 of ESCC QUALIFIED PART LIST (QPL) are included in the DCR 1273 and detailed herein below:

New certificate:

• Certificate 358 from WL. Gore Dundee. This certificate lists RF Cable Assemblies based on type 8S-SMA included in detail specification ESCC 3408/002.

Extension Issue 197 of ESCC QPL:

• Certificate 138N from W.L Gore & Co Pleinfeld. This certificate lists Wires and Cables based on types SPC 2110 included in detail specification ESCC 3901/009. The initial qualification of this components was on August of 1986. The scope of the certificate has not changed, which means no new components have been included.

• Certificate 286E from Cobham Microwave. This certificate lists Semiconductor Capacitors based on types 101M, 201M 400M and 401M included in detail specification ESCC 5711/002. The initial qualification of these components was in December of 2008. The scope of the certificate has not changed, which means no new components have been included.

• Certificate 340A from Cobham Microwave. This certificate lists Isolators and Circulators based on types BK1XXX and BK3XXX included in detail specification ESCC 3202/026. The initial qualification of these components was in June of 2016. The scope of the certificate has not changed, which means no new components have been included.

• Certificate 205G from REL-STPI. This certificate lists non-latching Relays based on type E 215 included in detail specification ESCC 3601/007. The initial qualification of these components was in January of 1994. The scope of the certificate has not changed, which means no new components have been included.

• Certificate 109P from AVX/TPC. This certificate lists chip ceramic capacitors included in details specifications ESCC 3009/003, ESCC 3009/004, ESCC 3009/005, ESCC 3009/006 and ESCC 3009/022. The initial qualification of these components was in February of 1983. The scope of the certificate has not changed, which means no new components have been included.

• Certificate 110P from AVX/TPC. This certificate lists chip ceramic capacitors included in details specifications ESCC 3009/008, ESCC 3009/009, ESCC 3009/010, ESCC 3009/011 and ESCC 3009/023. The initial qualification of these components was in February of 1983. The scope of the certificate has not changed, which means no new components have been included.

About ESCC QPL (Qualified Parts List)

The ESCC Executive publishes a list of components and technologies which have been, respectively, qualified and capability approved to the rules of the ESCC Specification System and the results certified by ESA.

These components and technologies are intended for use in ESA and other European spacecraft and Space segment hardware in accordance with the requirements defined in the ECSS Standard, ECSS-Q-ST-60, Space Product Assurance – Electrical, Electronic and Electromechanical (EEE) Components.
