Kyocera has developed an industry-leading miniature Hi-Q MLCC, 008004 (EIA) size, using copper (Cu) as the internal electrode to deliver a superior Q factor.
The ultra-miniature 008004 case size (EIA) MLCC ceramic capacitors developed by KYOCERA offer Hi-Q low-loss features that suit ideally power amplifier (PA) modules in smartphones or other miniature handheld devices.
Copper (Cu) is used for the internal electrode to achieve a superior Q factor compared to the conventional product (STD-Q).
Kyocera is focusing on developing miniature MLCCs for a wide range of sizes to support various applications.
For Smartphones: Lineup from 008004 (EIA) size
For 5G Base Stations: Lineup from 0402 (EIA) size
