Chokes are commonplace devices in nearly all electronics. As the electric content grows in automobiles, the need for chokes is also increasing. Being an automotive technology mean standing extending reliability and robustness. Typically a combination of differential mode and common mode chokes are used.
KEMET introduces a hybrid mode choke that can satisfy the need for both in space-constrained applications.
